In the calm, at the foot of the mountain, 900 m from the beach of Pinéde de Calvi, Villa Alivu and its 2300 m2 garden composed of an orchard of citrus fruits, grasses and countless Mediterranean species including the Olive tree (Alivu in Corsica) which gave the name to the Villa, welcomes you!
For your enjoyment
Built in 2 parts, the Villa forms a “U” that surrounds a heated pool from May to October, Villa Alivu opened its doors in January 2022.
It has 4 spacious guest rooms (1-2 people) on one level (22 m2, bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet) and a private terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the mountain.
The shade of the big pines, the orchard: Figs, Oranges, Lemons, Clementines and finally the Olive trees confers to the place a cocoon of greenery and calm convenient to the relaxation and the rest.
To move around Calvi without constraint, electric bikes are at your disposal.
Concerned about the respect of your quietude, Villa Alivu is not accessible to children under 14 years old.
The breakfast
Exclusively continental (it does not include cheese, eggs or cold cuts), it is composed of breads and pastries, homemade jams, fruit juices from the orchard (depending on the period). We accompany it with yoghurts.
It is served with coffee, tea or hot chocolate on the terrace by the pool or in the large living room if the weather is bad.
Breakfast is included for each person and for each night. It is served between 8:30 and 10:00 am.
